please pardon my sad excuse for a sniper rifle. i blame all errors on the fact that it isn’t earth. and yes, the crosshairs are supposed to not look like they are supposed to, ha. eh. eh….

I rather like these “cross hairs”, though I think the center of the three down lines could be removed without sacrificing anything. In fact, the more I think about it, the better I like it over traditional crosshairs.
As for the rifle, I hope it isn’t using gunpowder. I’ve shot very little, but enough to know that the shoulder-stock is called that for a reason. A gunpowder rifle shot with the stock under the arm will result in the eyepiece being shoved into the eye by recoil forces in a very unpleasant way.
