  heh, posting this on the 13th. very mildly appropriate for this character. anyway, gotan project came on and this came out. she is holding cigarette in french fashion, oui. also dress inspired by mokos and this corset i would fucking die to be able to afford.

  some random griffin sketches. in the past when i’ve tried to create random griffin people they all end up looking the same. trying to branch out from that a little bit. i need to try drawing some stuffy old griffin guys.

  yay post 100! i’m all caught up too. no more past posts, least not for a while. this one’s just a small watercolor aceo with some pen. it’s difficult to paint so tiny, things can get so smudgy…

  ink work for the next proof page. it’s weird how it’s been four years since i drew the original sketch for this page and i really haven’t improved all that much, it’s just nitpicks here and there.  the amount i improved from 2002 to 2006 was ridiculous, but from 2006 to 2010 is like. nothing.
